Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification, or Red Cross Lifeguard certification with at least one year of experience in aquatic settings
Valid Massachusetts or Connecticut driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds, and remain in the pool for up to an hour at a time
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Provide swim lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
Offer clear, constructive feedback to swimmers.
Follow the Red Cross WSI curriculum and guidelines.
Stand in an outdoor pool for multiple hours per day.
Ensure the safety of swimmers at all times.
